Return and Refund policy
All fees paid are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for license or reseller agreement it shall be treated as non refundable

Cancellation Policy
IWCN reserve the right to cancel license of any customer at any time, if there is some dispute

Delivery Policy
Due to the electronic and virtual nature of our work, no physical product will be delivered. However we aim to complete the requested services within the time frame.
